Lake Millstaetter See Cruise
 

The beautiful lake is 12 kilometers long and up to 2 kilometers wide. It is situated at an altitude of 588 m. With a depth of 142 meters it is the deepest lake in Carinthia. Additionally it is also the warmest and therefore wonderful for swimming in the Summer.

The first steamboat at the lake Millstatt was named "Margaretha and started in 1901. 11 years later another boat "Aribo" started its tours untill today.It is possible to book short tours for about an hours oder longer ones with 1,5 or 2.5 hours. There are a lot of things to discover round the lake Millstatt.

The "Peter Pan" and the "Moby Dick" are two boats where you can bring your bike.

If a whole round round the lake is way too long or if you want to combine cicling and enjoying the wonderful lake, it is a must to take the boat for a section of the way round the beautiful lake Millstatt.
